1. Data Collection

We use Google Analytics to collect general access data, such as:
- IP address (anonymized).
- Browser and device type.
- Pages visited and time spent on the site.
- Traffic source (e.g., referral website).

This data is used solely for traffic analysis and improving the user experience.
No drawings are stored on our servers, and no sensitive user data is collected.

2. Use of the Barcode

Upon completing a drawing, a unique barcode is generated. This code can be used on the Gartic Discord server to verify the authenticity of the drawing. The BOT will confirm whether the drawing was created on Gartic NOW.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the content they create on Gartic NOW. By using the platform, users agree that any creation is their own responsibility and does not reflect the views, opinions, or endorsement of Gartic NOW. Gartic NOW does not pre-moderate, monitor, or control user-generated content and is not liable for any drawings that may be offensive, inappropriate, or infringe upon third-party rights.

Users must ensure that their drawings comply with all applicable laws and do not violate the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal protections. Additionally, users are strictly prohibited from creating or sharing drawings that contain:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or any form of harassment;
- Illegal content or depictions of illegal activities;
- Nudity, sexually explicit, or pornographic material;
- Violence, extreme gore, or any content that promotes harm;
- Any other content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates ethical standards.

By using Gartic NOW, users agree that Gartic NOW is harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the content they create or share through the platform.

The Services may only be used for the intended purposes. This section is granting a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you undertake not to:
- Create Internet links to the Services or \"split\" or \"mirror\" an application, other services, wireless or internet-based device;
- Try to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Gartic NOW game;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
Reproduce or access the game to design or create a competing product or service that uses similar ideas, features, functions, or graphics game, or copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics from the game;
- Copy our product or use our intellectual property without permission;
- Use automatic programs or scripts, including but not limited to web spiders, crawlers, robots, ants, indexers, bots, viruses or worms, or other programs that may make multiple server requests per second or that unnecessarily burden or hinder the operation and performance of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

By using Gartic NOW, users grant Gartic NOW a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to share, reproduce, distribute, and display their drawings on social media, in promotional campaigns, and in any other initiatives aimed at promoting the platform. This license allows Gartic NOW to showcase user-generated content in marketing materials, advertisements, and other communications.
Whenever possible, Gartic NOW will credit the original author when sharing their content. However, users acknowledge that, in some cases, attribution may not be feasible. Gartic NOW does not claim ownership of drawings created by users, nor are they used for any other purpose, including artificial intelligence (AI) training, as no drawings are stored on our servers.

5. Trademark and Brand Usage

"Gartic" is a registered trademark and may not be reproduced, copied, or used in any manner without prior written authorization from the trademark owner. All rights to the Gartic brand, including but not limited to its name, logo, and associated intellectual property, are strictly reserved. You agree not to:
- Use the Gartic trademark or branding to suggest endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without explicit permission.
- Create derivative works or products that infringe on the Gartic trademark.
Use the Gartic trademark in domain names, social media handles, or any other digital or physical medium that could cause confusion or dilution of the brand.

Any unauthorized use of the Gartic trademark or branding will be considered a violation of these Terms of Service and may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Gartic NOW is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the site.
- Content created by third parties or shared outside the platform.

7. Modifications to the Terms
